Halloween Update!

Yup! a Halloween update!

it adds: one new weapon (permanent), one new map (playable only during october), new enemy (only on the new map), new secret (also only on the new map), significant improvements to the enemy pathfinding and aiming, small balance changes, swappable mags on 2 weapons.

also yeah the game has been made harder again.
